I also ordered ordered a retro motorcycle bag and received a bag that was not a tail bag and not worth the packaging it was shipped in. Very bad experience.
I order some led stripes for my bike in white/yellow color. The day after I order the product did not exist on page (404). After a couple of days i received the stripes but is was nothing as presented. Only white and some plastic wrap [censored] that i don’t fits as expected/presented. They offered me a 10% discount (refund) and i accepted.

I ordered a $40.00 retro motorcycle tail bag. I received this cheap plastic bag that barely fits on my motorcycle and does not even look retro. I have spent several days contacting Gary about this and they keep telling me that I ordered the wrong color. It wasn’t a color issue – it was bait-and-switch sale. I have an entire email string and about the story. I have it in a PDF format and am willing to email it to anyone that wants to read it. Gary said it would be nearly $20.00 to mail it back. They finally offered me a 30% discount (refund) for a junk bag. I won’t use Shopify or any other FaceBook advertiser in the future.
