I ordered a Louis Vuitton handbag from Luxyaa in early April 2020. I paid thru Paypal, and the company acknowledged payment by email. By email dated 4/27/20, the company indicated the package had been sent. I have not received the item, nor have I had any response to my various emails inquiring about delivery of the item. When I tried to track the progress of the package, nothing worked. I have found no official phone number for Luxyaa. What options do we customers have?

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Alexandra wallet April 10,2020 I received a shipping notification April 15, 2020. It was in China for 2 weeks than the tracking stopped working. I tried relentlessly to contact the seller to no avail. Finally May 12, 2020 I opened a case with PayPal the Chinese seller gave a bogus USPS tracking number saying it was delivered to my mailbox April 16,2020 not even 24 hours after they originally shipped from China. PayPal will not let me comment anymore on the case and awaiting the decision. Absolutely Shady [censored] website. DO NOT PURCHASE a from LUXYAA they’re scammers.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton purse for $329.95 on 03/7/20 from this website and now I can’t get ahold of anyone they gave me 2 bs reference numbers and one of them says it don’t exist and the other is being sent to someone else. So they basically make u believe ur order is coming until u get on website to see it’s been removed like it never was there. I mean they fooled me by responding a the beginning and now I can’t reach anyone

This is in reference to a company by the name of Luxyaa that was used to purchase a purse and was disputed on 4/7/20 in the amount of $183.20. I did not receive the item.

After ordering the purse, I was never given a USPS shipping tracking number. I use the USPS Informed Delivery service to track packages so that I can monitor when I can expect deliveries. The service never tracked our order from the seller. This indicates that the seller did not use my address. As much as I tried obtaining the tracking number from the seller, I never got a response. The tracking number was provided to PayPal, only when I opened a dispute.

Since I used PayPal to purchase the purse, I wanted to take advantage of their buyer protection service. PayPal unfortunately ruled in favor of the seller, however they did not research the USPS shipping tracking number. The case was closed only because the tracking indicated that the item was delivered (even if it was not my address). It was discovered that the transaction was a click-n-ship scam per the US Postal Inspector’s Office. The US Postal Inspector’s Office verified that the item was not shipped to my address but another location (not my verified address on PayPal). For security reasons, they can not provide the exact address but they can confirm it was not my address. I know my case was closed because the tracking number was provided by the seller, however it was a scam because the item was not shipped to my PayPal address, per the US Postal Inspectors Office.

Since PayPal closed my case, I am trying to still recover my loss through American Express (the card that was linked to my PayPal account at the time). I am very disappointment in the way PayPal handled my situation. PayPal’s buyer protection program is the only reason why I chose to purchase from this fraudulent seller, Luxyaa.
