Ordered the rose gold vibration plate in May 2020 from an instagram add. In June i emailed and got a response with a tracking number. When checked there was no such item in tracking. Have emailed numerous times for my money back with no response.

Ordered a mini stepper back in May. I expected delays due to covid but asked for an update in June to which I got a response, asking for my order number. I gave them the order number and didn’t get a reply. I’ve replied since asking for a update and not had any reply.

I ordered a stepper in May and have emailed the company about a status update. I went to visit the website that I bought it from and now the website doesn’t exist. I threw away $70 that I’ll never get back.

I purchased a mini-stepper for $69.99 on May 15th, 2020 from Lakeea, a Facebook ad. I received an e-mail confirming my purchase with an ID number. I received stating that I would receive a confirmation e-mail when the product was shipped. As of today, May 28th, I have received no conformation or product. The business deducted the $69.99 from my bank account on May 18th. The site has no number to call, only an e-mail address. I sent four e-mails from the span of May 23rd to May 27th. The e-mail address I used from their website was [email protected] I still have yet to hear anything. I filed a complaint with yesterday, the 27th of May. I heard back from today, and was suggested to go to the scam section of BBB.
