I was told I had two free gifts after a survey (4 free health magazines $4.99 postage, and a free two wk trial of L’ Ancee skin cream for $7.90 shipping, I was charged $15.80). I called after waiting a week before I even received it! the number I called said they didn’t have me as a listing an didn’t serve the skin cream co. I called for two days an got put on hold and after a few minutes a message said leave my name and #-then the message said sorry the voice mail was full and could not take the info.-THEN HUNG UP! I lost count of the times I called before I got a person. I am on disability and on oxygen and have trouble walking-Anyone who can point me to a solution please let me know,I’m concerned about losing anymore money(my rent& bills). GOD BLESS & Good Luck Everyone !

Oh boy this company is worse than I thought…when I queried my balance , I thought I had around $200 more than I had. Im lucky that I thought to remove all of my money that night. When I got home like I said, there was an e;mail but there were actually two. I thought they were for the same thing but they ended up being 2 hits on my account one for $111 and one for $110…Times are hard enough right now without crooks scamming people like this. Just cancelled my card and filed a claim with my bank. Now I will find out in 2 months if I get my money back.

I filled out an online survey and received my choice of FREE products. I chose the Lanceperfector cream, just pay shipping… that was $15…wasnt thrilled with that but figured I would try it. Ive used it every day and pretty much look exactly the same. I queried my balance the other day and was surprised there was an unauthorized charge on my account for $111…then an e’mail saying thank you for ordering and subscribing! They have no contact information. Now I’m calling my bank and hoping they will block the charge. Some free prize.

I signed up for the free trial of the eye and face cream and just paid shipping. Then when I tried to cancel future orders I could not get them to respond to email requests or Facebook messages and couldn’t find a contact phone number for the company. Until today when I came across this page to file a complaint! So I contacted the company to tell them I wanted to return the unopened products I received but didn’t order for a refund. And they informed me I couldn’t receive a refund because I didn’t cancel my order in time! Which I tried many times by email and messenger and couldn’t get in touch with them! So now I’m stuck with something I didn’t want and cost me over 200.00 plus it over drew my account! How can I go about getting my money back or can I?

I did order a bottle of the Lancee Perfector Skin cream and Eye cream that was supposed to be a sample only paying $7.97 each for shipping (Order # 5ACB3151E0). I received both creams and charged the correct shipping charge. Then 1 week later I get a call from my Citi Card fraud department where they have tried to charge my card $111 under the Merchant Name of “getavbronhealthpr”. Then there was another charge for $111 under a different sketchy Merchant Name that I can’t find right now.

Of course, I had no idea what the charge was so Citi denied the charge, closed my account and sent me a new card. I was lucky that Citi caught the charges so I am not out any money, but I am out of my time dealing with this, waiting on a new card to be mailed to me, and having to change my account number with all the auto payments I have set up on the account. This was all over the week before Christmas when I needed my card to finish my online and in-person shopping.

I did research this cream in advance of buying, and it is for sale on Amazon for ~$40 so I felt paying ~$8 shipping was a good deal. I read all the fine print for recurring monthly charges to make sure I was not signing up for additional shipments (because I have been burnt on that before) and there was none. If there was, PROVE IT!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered something from a Facebook advertisement link and it will be the last. In fact, I think I am deleting my Facebook account altogether. The first time was about a year ago with a different company (can’t remember which one – not Lancee) and the same thing happened. Don’t trust any link from Facebook!

Never order from L’ancee for face products, a free gift offer turned into $222.00 of charges and my debt card.
I want to know how this is still happening with all of the money taken from consumers and why can’t the law do something about it. We can go into space but can’t stop theses low life criminals stealing from hard worker people in America. Sad.

I signed up for the free trail of LeAncee Skin Cream pay shipping.
This month I received another bottle which I didn’t order, and was charged $111
For a $31 bottle of cream. Taking money people don’t really have.
I really need my money back!

Carla – Dec 04, 2020

It appears that my experience is same as what was previously noted. Completed survey and advised I would get a free skin product used by stars. Only had to pay shipping. Since then they have charged my credit well over $400 in about 30 days.
Crooks!

Wednesday 25, 2020, I received a small jar and a small canister of L’Ancee “Facial Moisturizer and Eye Restoration”. The total was $14.90. I HAVE NOT ORDERED THIS! I called Customer Service @ 1-888-256-5001, spoke with Theola who claims I submitted order; but I was not even in Country at this time. She states I cannot speak to anyone in Management and offered me discount to keep products. I refused any discount, and I will submit as FRAUD/SCAM States she is unable to “refund.” I expressed to her that she should have a better work ethic, and find a job that does not SCAM. This has created a burden for me to await which Credit Card was used, dispute charges, and apply for a New Credit Card. (Google lists a Dr. Denese as contact information; when called agent Chis states that L’Ancee had procured Customer information and is fraudulently sending out products-they have obviously obtained Credit Card information as well). My Order #D6D312AA1B.

I also completed a survey for CVS and pick a free gift. I chose the L”ancee cream and now they are calling me saying they are turning it over to credit collectors and it will hurt my credit .I would not give them a credit card number so they want me to go get a gift card. Owe $111.90 same cream on Amazon for $40.00. They are now harassing me with calls.

Saturday, October 31, 2020, I received a small jar and a small canister of L’Ancee “Facial Moisturizer and Eye Restoration”. The total was $14.90. I HAVE NOT ORDERED THIS! I cannot find a customer relations department on this website, or anything! I do have an order number, however, E913B3ADF2. When I called the 1-888-256-5001 number this morning, then have NO RECORD of me purchasing this. I would like for anyone

Caroline – Oct 29, 2020

I have been getting a $110 charge for the last 2 months on something I don’t even remember signing up for. What a scam! And now living on a fixed income makes it even harder and I can’t cancel! Don’t EVER sign up for this product.

Levi – Oct 29, 2020

I need to return unpurchased items . I never intended to buy or purchase these items Facial moisturizer and Eye Restoration . I will block or dispute any transaction .

Mitchell – Oct 23, 2020

My report is similar to the others. I gook a survey for what I thought was CVS then chose to pick the free product. I was to just pay shipping and handling. Ended up being a $15 shipping and handling fee which they told me was nonrefundable and a $111 monthly charge. I canceled right away and hope there will be no additional charges. Nowhere did I see I was signing up for a subscription to the product. Totally deceitful.

Ashley – Sep 27, 2020

Same as the above. Didn’t know it was a subscription. Got charged twice for more Lance Perfector. for $131. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card too.

I received an email on June 16, 2020 stating that I would receive a FREE product if I completed a short survey for UPS. At the end of the survey, I was able to choose a "free" product as a thank you for completing the survey. I chose a facial cream by the company, L’ancee Perfector (which Ive never heard of-they advertised that celebrities used this product to achieve amazing skin). They asked for my credit card to pay for $4.95 shipping cost. Here’s what happened next: 1. I never received the product for a 14-day free trial to know if the product worked for me before I could choose to keep it or cancel any subscription to pay full price; 2. this company, Ultra-sk, charged my account $102.95 on July 2, 2020 for a product that I NEVER RECEIVED; 3. When I called the company, Ultra-sk, they refused to refund my money; 4. I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank, CitiBank, in an attempt to recover this loss of $102.95. This operation is a SCAM and should be stopped from being able to operate immediately. Please help. Thank you.

this was a supposably a "reward" from Target (though that was a fake, Target did not do this) they ask you to take a lame survey and after the survey, you get a PRIZE, a product face creme, all you have to do is pay for the shipping, normally I would not do this, but it was from Target ( so I thought) you give them your information and then they try to upsell you, I kept clicking past the upsell, skip to cart… but after it was all done (I did not select any other products) I got to purchase and clicked. 85$ was purchased, and I was signed up for a subscription for $103 a month. So I immediately canceled my credit card. Now they call me every day to confirm my address, the phone number is different every day, so I can’t block them.

Nathaniel – Nov 01, 2020

THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME, I CALLED 1-888-256-5001 AND HAD TO BE ADAMANT THAT NO FURTHER CHARGES WERE TO BE CHARGED TO MY CARD, WHICH I WILL CANCEL. I ALSO INSISTED THAT SHE CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME THE CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON THE PHONE AND ALSO SEND IT IN WRITING TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. I HOPE THAT THIS INFORMATION IS HELPFUL. I WOULD TELL THEM THAT I AM GOING TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY TO SEE IF THIS WILL STOP THE HARRASSMENT.
