Type of a scam Phishing

Prey on university students and recent grads, claiming they will publish your thesis as a book and tricking you into signing over your IP rights to them in exchange for "royalties" which will never be paid. This is also academically dishonest and even dangerous to the public as they will spread the work written by students even though this work has not been peer-reviewed, which may lead the readers to believe that the "scientific studies" they are reading are confirmed as true when this is far from the case. They will not cease harassment of their prey through email spam if they fail to fall for their fraudulent offer and scam. I’ve requested 4 times they stop emailing me and they have contact me a total of 7 times in the last couple of months. Here is their spiel:

I recently sent you a publishing proposal for your work "*** *** *** *** *** ***".

Please do let me know if you received the same or if you’d like me to resend it.
