A boutique on Facebook called Lazy Cactus Designs Salon & Boutique has been posting items for sale, taking customers money but never shipping out actual products. These customers would try to contact the owner by messaging her directly or posting on her Facebook group. These messages were either ignored or deleted. Some of the messages the owner did respond to only to say there was a problem with shipping or it was lost in the mail. Upon asking for a refund, the owner would take a screenshot of the refund supposedly being processed, but would never actually process the refund. Many customers have had to contest their card to get their money back.
