I order a mask on November 29 I haven’t receive it I email they say it got lost and they was going to refund me my money back 5 to 10 business days. That has pass we are going in to January STIL NO MONEY PUT BACK ON MY CARD!

We ordered masks for Halloween as their website "guaranteed" they would arrive before Halloween. It is now more than halfway through November and the items we purchased still have not arrived. The merchant provided a tracking number that now no longer works due to an "error". They do not respond to emails or provide any other way to contact them. They are fraudulent and stealing hard earned money.
