This website has the Coach logo all over it’s pngages, and claims to be discounted prices on authentic coach bags that have been discontinued. I ordered a bag online in May 2017, but it was never delivered due to an erroneous address. After 4 weeks, I attempted to contact the company via website, but there wasn’t a company address or phone number. The only available contact method was through email. I found that to be odd. I did receive an email back from them after 3 days, in broken English. Their email address was: [email protected]
This was my third and fourth clue that I most definitely was not dealing with a genuine coach distributor. The email address was misspelled as luxuybagsale…not luxuRybagsale. And most genuine distributors have a company email address whereas this company was using a gmail account. However, the email gave me a tracking number. The tracking device reported that the merchandise was on its way back to San Francisco. I emailed the company again asking them to send a duplicate purse out to the corrected address immediately, as they knew the merchandise was on it way back to the company per the postal tracking number, and because they already had my payment. I also asked them to provide me with a company phone number, and a person’s name that I could speak with regularly about this matter. When I received their email back the next week, it read "We send bag with new track number when we get bag back." It is now almost five months later, and I’ve written them a total of 11 times in the past month and a half. Every email I send goes unanswered. I will dispute the charge with my bank now.
