I ordered the Riveting tool, the add said tool and accessories, I only received a single bolt. I have emailed them many times and they promise to refund 10%, and I would have to pay shipping, I said fine I will pay for shipping (like how much would one bolt cost to ship?) and I wanted a full refund. They keep replying with a higher percentage, I refused and said I would mail it to them and I wanted a full refund. They have been giving me the runaround since September, now they refuse to reply.

Ordered a stainless steel paint kitchen drain. On April13 2020 Never notified of ship date and haven’t received the item which was paid for. Total 29.70.
They are fraud don’t buy [censored] just look at this I bought the sink drying kit and I not get what I order and the color was off it was supposed to be black and missing all the pieces!
We never received our order either the tracking # says it is On Its Way to USPS

You need to take this company off Facebook because this company is a fraud they in China I never received my goods they sent my good and then they turn around and return it back to the facility and and the tracking number they sent me does not even exist

This company has ads on Facebook – they showcase handy gadgets at low prices. Ordered a riveting tool – and they shipped a single bolt. When I complained – they said it would cost me more money to return the incorrect item, and they would refund me 10%. They never intended on sending me the correct item. They even said it was sold out now anyway. They refused to give address to return, and they refused to refund my money, and they refused to ship the correct product.
