A website, liaschnauzerpuppies.com, purports to sell and ship schnauzer puppies. Pictures are sent, an application is submitted with personal contact information such as name, address, etc., and then the owner (texting via 616-319-3741) "approves" the application and requests $845 payment via CashApp or Zelle. When CashApp didn’t work, the seller made a request to be sent money via ApplePay to 704-906-6492.
After payment is received, the seller arranges transport via "Cora Pet Express" (https://corapetexpress.com/) with what appears to be a valid tracking number. Initially, this service is billed at $100. Upon "arrival" at the airport (purported to be Lansing, MI, with a final destination of Erie, PA), an additional $665 is requested as a refundable deposit for a climate controlled crate. Again, funded via ApplePay to 704-906-6492. The phone number registered to Apple Pay may belong to *********. Subject information is provided below.
After the scheduled delivery time has passed,seller informs that all animals have been quarantined for 8 hours due to suspected Parvo in another puppy. Now, the seller is requesting additional funds for a vet bill for the puppy.
At this time, the fraud has been reported to KeyBank (funds originated from checking account here), and the domain registrars for liaschnauzerpuppies.com and corapetexpress.com. Additional reports are being filed with the Better Business Bureau.

These people have a ton of websites. I suggest do NOT purchase a dog online. So glad that I did my research before sending them $835! Crazy.
I looked up the image of the dog I wanted on google and found 4 other websites that have that dog. They are also related to https://www.lameraschnauzerhome.com/. I really hope no one falls for this.
