Was texted by Jacob Nolies from Lion Club Foundation Grant his cell number is 432-201-3629. He wanted to give me a 12,000.00 grant from the government that helps retired ,widowed, divorced, anyone going tough economic hardships. The only thing I had to do is pay the processing fees of 550.00 in cash. He had me to fill out a form with all my personal information which he said that he processed in his data base.He wanted to meet me in person to collect the 550.00 and the next day the 12000.00 would be delivered to me in cash by UPS.
