Type of a scam Government Grant

This person made a fake Facebook account using my 90-year-old grandmother’s picture and name, and messaged me to purchase a government grant. He gave me a number to contact and told me his name was Attorney Eric Holder from Washington, D.C. He told me that he is from a program created by the UN to provide federal government grants, but I had to purchase it in advance for $350. He informed me to send it through money gram to Lisa Shelton in Pittsburgh, PA. The caller ID states the man texting me is from Detroit. He would not let me call him, only text. He sent me a fake picture of stacked money and is now demanding my address. This cannot possibly be legal.

Mary –

I have a few email address’s,1 main one,1extra and the 3rd just in case.I never give it out to anyone.Tonight 9/16/20 I just happened to be clearing it out& had several emails addressed directly to me,but not by my full name people call me.My nickname.Caught me off guard so I opened them. Each in different wording, I’m leaving my name out..Hi ****** this is Elisabeth Shelton,do you remember me?,next one was hi ****** it’s Lisa Shelton I’d really like to chat with you!,& Then there was 3 more and her name changed to Beth after that ,she also had someone name Jess contact asking me to chat or maybe meet up with him sometime.I have no idea who these people are ,how they got that email or my name.So I decided to Google her name and here I am…I don’t believe in coincidence.
