I have also purchased hair straighteners on the 9th June 2020 emailed Charlie same reply be patient! For how long it’s now the 12 th January. As soon as I emailed regarding fraud and police Iv received no further emails and I also paid through pay pal this company wants investigation ASAP

Same as everyone else I too ordered a flat iron in June and still have nothing. Not info, no location, no eta. Nothing. I just emails again this morning telling him I want contact information to the person in charge and I bet I will get nothing in return. Hoping for the best for us all.

I ordered flatirons on June 9th, 2020. Which as of this day August 21st.2020. I still haven’t received. I too was given a tracking number which does not work, I’ve also emailed the company with my order and tracking numbers on four separate occasions and ties and I too got a response from a charlie saying to be patient and that my merchandise was o the way. No apology or anything and when I ask for a phone to contact the company directly. I get nothing and I’m very tired of getting the run around. This has been the worst buying experience of my life and I’m 52yrs. Old and on disability on a fixed income and I can’t afford to just throw my money away. Please I just want my merchandise or my money back. And I will never buy or order anything else from this company again. I will also be contacting my attorney regarding this. I have been waiting very patiently.
In the same boat as you, and it seems evwryone on this page…purchased a few items, 2 irons and a hair brush trimmer essentially in june, absolutely nothing from anyone or anything and no contacts to reach them…if anyone at all can pass along some contact info for this fraudulent business i would be ever so greatful. Not looking to start a war, just get my money back so that i can make ends meet after even further medical complications. At this same time i was also hit by another spam company for another larger purchase. Out 200CAD as of right now. Ordered while admitted to hospital to bring my spirits up in addition to getting my sister a birthday gift…nice way to kick a person when theyre down…
Guess im looking for a miracle, maybe put tmy story out there for any of those wishing to help make the days a little easier (on disability also, cannot work with severe crohns, comlications, heart, renal etc…)
