Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I placed an order online March 7th. Over the course of the next 79 days, I waited for my package to arrive and reached out to customer service several times for an update before requesting to cancel the order. They urged me to wait and be patient, although their responses were very delayed and confusing. When I finally received the order, I was missing one item, all of the rest did not look like the fabric or quality of the pictures on their website; colors appeared differently, the stitching was already falling apart. It’s almost as though they stole pictures of influencers wearing expensive clothes and then manufactured a cheap version of it. I immediately asked if I could be sent a shipping label to return the clothes and they continued to reply, extremely delayed, pushing off the return. It’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve asked to return the items. I’ve already reversed the charge on my card and will likely donate the clothes if they can’t provide instructions for a return. When I type their company name on google, links about fraudulent websites pop up. I tried filing a complaint in the ScamPulse.com system but since I do not have their address (only that their shipping partner is in Hawthorne, CA), it would not let me enter. This is definitely not a reputable business.
