This business uses photos to advertise on Facebook and Instagram which they have stolen from an Etsy Store https://www.etsy.com/shop/KPSeashellDesigns?ref=shop_sugg to sell Sea Glass Christmas trees (among other things). Following the social media link leads you to https://www.wallien.store/products/christmas-sea-glass-tree. Unknowingly, I ordered two of these trees. I received two pieces of cheap plastic trees worth about 25 cents if that. When I contacted the company and asked them for a refund, they initially offered me 10% of my "next purchase", then a 30% refund and then after I filed a fraud claim with PayPal – a 50% refund saying "You know, it is hard to run a store now, especially small business like us. What’s more, we have bear the shipping fee and the product has its cost. Could you please understand us this time? We are trying our best to improve our service and product quality.". I essentially paid close to $50 (including a shipping fee, insurance fee and the price of the the "sea glass" product) for two plastic trees you’d find at the dollar store. They seem to feel I should allow them to keep my money because it’s hard to run a business – a dishonest business you mean. If a deal is too good to be true – then it isn’t true. Buyer beware. I have and continue to report any Facebook ad (which might be under a different website name that leads to this seller.
