Consistently being charge $12.47 a month for “something” that hasn’t been ordered. That is all the information that I have.
I ordered five dog beds and it took forever to get them. I paid via my Care Credit charge card. I was ill and my husband started paying bills. My order was placed in March and I have been charged $12.47 monthly since then. I emailed them twice asking what this charge was for. I called once and there was no answer. I left my phone number and they called and left me voice mail. I called yesterday and the gal (Pat) said I didn’t uncheck the box stating I wanted to join the club. I told her I never saw this box. She stated she could refund four months charges of $12.47 each and it would take 3-5 business days. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. My dog uses the bed but my cats want nothing to do with them. I put them outside for the feral cats as it has turned very cold. The beds are good quality and have not fallen apart in washing them. Too bad they have taken advantage of people!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering 2 cat beds. The price was supposed to be $24.23 for each bed and I was charged $84. I also received an email thanking me for becoming a vip member which I did not. There is a monthly fee of $27. I sent an email back saying I did not agree to this and that I wanted to cancel my order. I received an email saying they were reviewing my order. They do not answer their phone.
I ordered 2 dog beds in May. No e-mails as to when I would received them. I called in June and they said they were mailed. They told me they were coming from China and that is why it was taking so long. There was no indication that it was being shipped from China when I ordered them. I did not get them until mid July. When I opened them they were of terrible quality. I sent several e-mails telling them to credit my charge card and did not get any response. I mailed them back and just sent another e-mail telling them to credit my card. I do not see how this business is still in operation. I only wish I had read all of the reports before I ordered them.
I placed a complaint previously regarding the non-receipt of a bed for my dog which I had paid for. I sent e-mails for several months which 2 were replyed to, but still no bed. I researched the firm..beds come from China, had been delivered to Tucson AP. Turns out COVID-19 was reason not delivered. I now have the bed ordered.
On April 21, 2020 I ordered 5 large dog beds at, what was advertised at half price $20/each. My card was charge $270. I canceled immediately via email. No response. I emailed again, approximately a week later. A week AFTER I emailed I got a response-cancellations need to occur within24 hours & it was too late to cancel my order. I really wanted to dog beds, so I didn’t make a fuss. It’s been almost 7 weeks since I ordered & still no dog beds. Also being charged $12.47 monthly subscription. Notice was buried on last line of invoice AFTER I placed my order. This company is shady.
I ordered a large dog bed on May 22,2020 for which was supposed to be on sale for $56.00, I tried to cancel in the same day because they charged my credit card $94.97; (still no dog bed). I received an email two weeks to the day later stating it was already shipped! Still no dog bed, no way to track it and today is June 2, 2020!
No way to call either!

I ordered a dog bed and they signed me up for a monthly charge. I still have not received the bed. They did cancel the monthly charge, or so they said. No bed yet and I just submitted a complaint. Tracking is useless. It says it shipped from China to LA an then nothing. This is a total scam and I am disgusted.
I ordered a Large dog bed Apr 1, they charged me $56.50. I called and complained and they refunded me $14.13. It is now May 27, and still no dog bed! I called today to cancel my order and to refund my money, I was told since it is on its way they can’t refund my money. They told me it is in transit in Chicago. I was told that 3 weeks ago as well! I also asked for the tracking number and who was the carrier? USPS. I was unable to track it! From all these negative reviews they should be shut down!

Website/link on Instagram advertising dog beds which cost upwards of $50-100 dollars. I believe this to be false advertising as I have never received my merchandise and I have never heard anything from the company or a representative of the company.

I placed my order for one dog bed on March 31, that charges me $50 I thought it was to be $25 so I called right away to cancel well she didn’t want to lose my business they refunded me back $20. As of May 11 I still don’t have the dog bed!
THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered a dog bed and was charged $41.00 (advertised for $29.99) on April 11. It is now May 11. Today, they withdrew another $12.47 for no reason. I cannot reach them by phone; have been on hold for 1 hour. I am calling my bank NOW!

I ordered 2 beds on 4/17/20 , they stated 2 beds for $26 each I got charged $87 and didn’t even have a chance to review my order, I also never got email confirmation – Until 4/21/20 which states a tracking number but nothing, I haven’t seen a membership fee yet and I hope I don’t but I’m going to call the bank tomorrow and hope they refund me. I think I just got scammed FML
I ordered a calming bed on March 30, 2020. They drafted $66.00+ from my account the following day. I never received the bed and I have tried to contact them through email with no success. I plan to continue my search. They show to reach them call (833) 888-7988 but don’t expect success.

On 2/29/2020 I ordered a large dog bed for $60.60. On 3/19/2020 I recieved an email stating that my item was shipped. It is now 4/21/2020 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ITEM! I am now being charged a $12.47 Monthly Subscription Fee that I was NOT made aware of! I am going to call my bank and have the charges reversed if possible. This company is terrible! They advertise a product, take your money, don’t deliver on their obligations then charge your account a “hidden” $12.47 Monthly Subscription Fee! BE AWARE… THESE PEOPLE ARE CON-ARTIST AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! I wish I had looked at the reviews for LOOK-N-SHOPPE first… I would have NEVER done business with them!

The website sells dog bed for anxiety and they offered for you to buy two beds for 25$ but after you check out it charges you 107$ and then a subscription monthly for 12$ I emailed the email address immediately and got no response when I call the number given it’s a man who barely speaks English stating that I never emailed them and that I have to wait for product I haven’t even gotten a tracking number I did research and they are not even located in California’s as they stated on the website and a lot of other people have been scammed
I ordered a dog bed on 3/8/20 and still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out through email, they did reach out and said to allow a few more days that it should be there, that all deliveries from China have been delayed. It’s been almost two weeks after that response and still haven’t gotten my dog bed. I sent out another email but have not gotten a response. Trying to find a customer service number but it’s difficult to find. I’m not sure what else to do, I probably lost my money.
