Loosely.com will take your money and ship nothing. There have been myriad reports of this online. I have never experienced this before with online purchasing so I didn’t think to investigate the company before. But they will charge you and not send anything. They have a fake tracking system and will just send automated responses saying sorry for the delay if you try and contact customer service. They need to be shut down!

Do not buy from Loosely Store, looselystore.com, this website is a total scam. During the holidays they did a mass advertising ad campaign on instagram advertising their comfortable chunky knit blankets. Not only did it take over 2 months to be shipped to me from China… but the received purchase was a cheap chunky thread put together, barely the size of a table placemat. When I tried to return/complain about the purchases, and spending $100+ on these, they told me I had to either ship back the "blankets" to their handling in China within a 15 day window (it took over 30 days even to get shipped to me…), UPS said it would cost at least $65 just to return them. I contacted their customer service and after weeks and weeks of back and forth, they stopped responding after they said they would re-send out the blankets if I thought they were faulty. I sent pictures, etc…. of course nothing was sent to me as a "replacement" so I reported them to my bank. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not contact. Also their phone line is some random message line, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK.

I ordered a blanket from this vendor in early December. I did not receive the blanket until close to 80 calendar days later. They would never answer the phone, and would only send me general emails back and would never provide a tracking number or shipping confirmation. After I contacted the bank to start the claims process, and the bank contacted the merchant, I was sent a blanket of very very poor quality, that does not match the blankets on the website. I had to email them 4 times before they would provide me with return instructions, and only at that time did they mention the laundry list of things needed to include in the return, and that I only had 15 days to return the item from when I received it. They ignored my request for a return label for days, avoiding answering it and asking unnecessary questions to lengthen the conversation. I have asked twice now for a receipt with an order number as they say the return must include the order number. They will not provide it. They don’t answer the phone and don’t respond appropriately to my email. This company has tons and tons of terrible reviews. I work at the bank and I can clearly see that this company is fraudulent, and is doing its best to toe the line and work the system. All that is going to end up happening is a lot of people are going to lose their money, and they are going to be very upset at their bank, for the big run around this company is creating by understanding the chargeback system.

My mother ordered a blanket from Loosely Store in early December 2017 as a Christmas present for her granddaughter. ELIZATA charged the credit card on December 12, 2017. As of today, two months later, the item has not been delivered and Loosely Store refuses to refund the money charged on the credit card. I’ve called the company at least 4 times and sent twice that many emails. They refuse to issue the refund but cannot provide any tracking information on the blanket. I’ve been on hold with a customer service representative for almost 2 hours waiting for a supervisor to process my refund request. Despite several messages left by me and promises from the company to get back to me, no one ever does. This company steals your money then plays games with you when you try to get it back. They should be immediately shut down to prevent even more harm to innocent consumers.

I ordered a blanket from Loosely on 12/18. I received an email indicating that my blanket was "prepared for shipment." Weeks went by without a ship notice or actual tracking number. I inquired on 1/8 about the status of my order, the initial email stated that Loosely was trying to keep up with demand from the holiday’s and my order would ship soon. I inquired as to a ship date and was told they had supplier issues but my order would for sure ship. After several more emails I was provided a tracking number with no information about the shipper. When I inquired I was told the package had been shipped through EMS. When I attempted to track using the number provided it did not work. I followed up again and was told that they were very sorry and would ensure my item was shipped. They never confirmed if the tracking number was valid. I’ve asked continuously for shipping information or for my order to be refunded. I was told that because my order had been processed I could not be refunded but could return my order when received. As of 2/8 I have still not received my order. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company but hope others can avoid this scam.

I am in the process of returning them, which they need to be returned to South Korea which will cost about the same amount of money as the blankets themselves. $150 to return the blankets without a guarantee that I will get my original $152 back in a refund. Loosely Store is a fraudulent company. I ordered $150 worth of clothes on their website in early December 2017 and there’s no sign of the package. They provided no tracking number and every time I reach out to them to ask for a refund they keep saying to “be patient” and now they’ve stopped replying to my emails and calls and ignoring my refund requests. It’s been 2 months, and no sign of my package or money. Looks like this is the same experience of every customer they have who are reporting them everywhere. And it looks like they keep deleting customer comments on their Facebook and instagram. THIEVES!

Also, it’s worth noting that they use different names and addresses, so the name on your credit card charge might not be Loosely. It shows up as ‘ELIZETA MEDANO, EL’ on my bank statement. And their address is in San Francisco, but in other places their address is in New York, Spain, China, etc.

I placed an order November 25th for a Chunky Knit Blanket from an online site, Loosely Store I saw on Facebook. I went onto their website and saw nice photos of a blanket covering a person laying on a bed. I ordered the size that I thought would fit my gueen size bed and click I was happily expecting my Chunky Knit Blanket. It took a month to receive it when I was initaily told it would be two weeks tops for delivery. I was surprised by the relativly small box it was shipped in and upon opening it was literally shocked to pull out a tiny little swath of knit material that was supposed to cover a queen bed. My first thought was maybe this is a sample of my blanket, but why send a sample….?

It wasnt a sample, it was a 60cm x 80cm "blanket" the size of a small throw rug. The "yarn" was like the cotton that comes in a bottle of tylenol you know the long white cottony fluff that you pull out before reaching the pills inside. The ens of the "blanket" wernt even knitted closed. (when I inquired about this I was told it was to allow the consumer to adjust the tightness of the knit to their personal liking…..) I then called the customer service number in my email only to get a recording so I left a message regarding my request for a return ticket as I was not satisfied with my purchase. I received an email on January 2 telling me I have 15 days to return and to send them proof of shipping with tracking number and a list of items in my package. Which I did on January 4.

I made multiple emails and phone calls to the recording with no response at all until January 27 telling me that they are now confirming the return with their stocking center and once confirmed my refund would be issued. Nothing, no refund no email nothing. Again I called and left messages with no response. Majorly frustrated I googled Loosely Store reviews, there I hit the mother lode. Review after review of extremely unhappy consumers who felt "scammed" "ripped off" on Facebook. On Facebook. There wasnt one single positive review. Well then I was pissed all over again and I started call the numbers I had for Loosely Store. They all were Verzion cell numbers that weren’t in service anymore. I finally found another number and called it and a woman answered and she was in Spain. She gave me the sweet oh my Im so sorry this has happend to you please let me assist you in resolvong this matter. Only to say as of this moment there is no update to my account regarding my refund. She couldnt tell me if it was received or not. Nothing. Again. So I shared with her the reviews I read and that I was going to report them to the BBB and that the company she worked for was criminal in their actions and for her to go read the reviews on Facebook. she continued to defend Loosely Store and I continued to vent my grivenances. I received a email stating her apologies and she was forwarding this matter to the approprite team to handle my matter. I hung up angry and disappointed with myself for falling for a scam like this. Its not just the money they took from me its the way things like this make you feel about yourself when you’ve been duped. Its not a pleasant feeling and not something a person is ready to admit until seeing other have been throught the same thing. They get you to purchase their blankets by not being clear in their description of the article and the measurements are right there in the size selection but in USA we use inches not centimeters and it really does just go unnoticed when ordering and thats how they get you. They show you a picture of a beautiful blanket on a bed covering a person so your brain sees that and doesn’t register the size discrepancy. Then they say well the size is clearly in the ordering process and that they include a conversion chart and want to argue with you about that. The conversion chart is not easily accessible on their site.

For any law enforcement or regulators that may read this, the loosely store is a fraud and fake store with fake customer service, fake products, and fake addresses. They dont abide by a refund policy and rarely have intention any goods let alone those advertised. The scale and scope of this scam is huge and worldwide. If ever there was a store to shut down it is this one. There is a facebook page dedicated to the fact it is a scam and other related websites that are easy to find that give you a sense to the scale and grandeur of the operation. My mother ordered a blanket from the Loosely Store for me for Christmas and placed the order on December 7th. It is now January 28th and after several times of contacting their Customer Service, being given empty promises, she has yet to receive the product. She’s made several attempts to contact their customer service team and it shows that the order has been processed and has been given a tracking number, but when tracked through USPS it shows that they are "still awaiting the package." The site claims that the demand they experienced in December was more than they expected, however we have requested several refunds and they are not willing to work with us. They have also claimed they’ve filed an "escalation ticket" to their billing department, however that has gotten us nowhere in resolving this issue.

To no surprise, when looking at the sites reviews and comments via social media almost every single customer of Loosely has complained about not receiving their product or receiving a product that is not as pictured on their site.

Ultimately, this site needs to be shut down for false advertising, not delivering product after customers have been charged and poor customer service agents that give empty promises.

I purchased a large blanket via an Instagram ad that took me to an e-commerce site. After WEEKS (despite a quote of about 1 week for delivery) and no email that my item had been shipped, etc., I received the item, although it was incorrect. It was about 6x smaller than what I had paid for. So, I contacted the store via email to request a refund. I said it was the wrong item and provided all relevant order information. It took over a week for someone to respond, and I had to follow up to illicit a response. The response was them telling me to send a picture of the item I received. I did so. Days went by, until finally I heard back. I was told I was lying. This was absurd. I fought back and forth until finally they told me they would refund me and to ship the item back. I did so. I have now followed up repeatedly and cannot get a response to when my refund will be issued. I have sent the tracking information, the confirmation that the package was delivered, and other information to prove my compliance. They are now ignoring me and have not issued a refund to me for the item. This store is a SCAM. BEWARE of their fraudulent business practices.

I ordered a large chunky knit blanket from looselystore.com. It was advertised as a special Thanksgiving price on Instagram and Facebook. Order placed 12-07-17. I paid $64.45 for one knit blanket. The size they advertised was suppose to be @twin size blanket. They changed their sizing from inches to centimeters in the week or 2 following the special price. So I basically purchased a pillow case sized blanket. However as of today, 12-31-17 I have not received the blanket. I have sent emails to loosely store via their email address posted on their website and on Facebook. Email sent on 12-24-17 [email protected], response back on 1-2-18 they had overwhelming demand and delays. No other info. Email sent on 1-4-18, response back on 1-7-18 with tracking number that is bogus, does not work. That I would receive package in 3-7 working days. and to contact local post office for the package.

Email sent on 1-9-18 to facebook page- no response.

Emails sent to [email protected] on 12-24-17- said that they have 15-20 working days for delivery.

Emails sent on:12-16,12-19. No reponses.

This website is a very nice, very believable website. Beware that this is truly a scam.

Credit card charges showed made to "Elizeta" computer program and data processing services.

In my emails I have requested order cancelled, and request for refund.

In searching on their Facebook page and Instagram page they have dozens of comments from people asking where their orders are, they have not received them. Also many of these posts and their page posts are getting deleted. Please check into this company. It is a scam. There are pages and reviews on FB, instagram, internet stating this company changes all their phone numbers and locations change. I have seen several numbers posted in their comments to people, different numbers. None work.

11/23 My husband and I purchased 3 items off looselystore.com for Christmas gifts totaling $100.54 We expected to receive the items within 2 weeks (per the website) and most certainly before Christmas. My husband tracked the items throughout the following weeks and tracking info stated that it would be delivered by 12/25 (Christmas). We did not receive the items until 1/6. All 3 items (sweater, dress and shoes) were not as described. They are absolutely horrible quality. The dress has a stain on it, the soles of the shoes are peeling and the sweater does not have the same weave as what was pictured. They also had a foul odor and did not have any garment, size or care tags attached. I have tried reaching out to customer service and the phone number provided is no longer in service. I’ve sent an email requesting that they provide me with a prepaid label so that I can return these items and get a refund but I have not received a response back. This website uses legitimate photos and descriptions of merchandise from other retailers and then they send counterfit, low quality items. The total of our purchase was $100.64 but after speaking to my bank, we found out that they charged $101.65. Through researching them, I have found that this is a known website for scamming people. The merchandise that is described and pictured is not what you receive.

The website is a store you can purchase Woman’s clothing and blankets,supposedly.You place your order thinking they are a great store because they have all these reviews on the site from past customers.I purchased a chunky knit blanket and never received it I emailed them they send a generic no reply email stating that they are busy but will get back within 24 hours or so.Thats the last thing you will hear from them unless you try and cancel your order then they say at that it’s already shipped and the tracking is also on their website all it is,is a green bar stating your order is on the way no tracking number or ship date.If you do receive anything it’s a placemat and they then say if you want a refund you have to have it back to them in china within 15 days which would cost you 180 or so and the blanket only cost you 90.The reality is the sell you lies and take your money by giving you a unrealistic timeline for returns even though the return policy states thirty days all they do is lie if they even respond.if you look up to see reviews on them it takes you back to their website you literally have to hunt down the bad reviews and the wasn’t any before I ordered now over 250 and still growing with the complaints.they should be shut down.i still haven’t received my blanket which was the second largest one they sell.My PayPal claim is still being investigated somas of right now I’m out 89.00 I got a ten percent discount for my first time customer bonus.

Company advertises on instagram for low priced handling goods at discounted prices. I purchased w PayPal on nov 24th and never received anything. I sent a follow up mail and they gave me a fake tracking number along with telephone e numbers to call if I had questions but the business numbers do not work. There are hundreds of reviews on Instagram stating the same issues as they have scammed many of us out of goods we purchased but haven’t and won’t receive.

I found this product on Instagram and was led to their website. I placed the order and it did not arrive for a month. After relentlessly contacting them (via email as the phone number on their website is fake), I finally got a tracking number and got the item. It is absolutely awful…defective, half the size that I ordered, wrong and cheap material, etc. I emailed them 15 times and called them 27 times and finally got them to guarantee me a prepaid return label and a refund. Now they are saying that I have to pay to ship the item back to CHINA if I want my money back. DO NOT BUY and please shut this company down! Not what I needed to deal with at Christmas time.

Ordered two "extreme chunky knit blankets" for my mom as a Christmas gift online from the "Loosely Store." Placed my order on Nov. 24th, received a confirmation of shipment on Nov. 27 with no provided delivery date other than "12 to 18 business days." Credit card was charged immediately for a company called Elizeta. It is now December 20th and I still have not received my order. I have tried tracking my order online multiple times and it only says "order on the way." Today I tried calling both customer service numbers on their website and both have been disconnected. I began searching the web for reviews on the company and found a ton of individuals who have experienced the same problem. The Loosely Store does not respond to calls or emails. The few reviews who claim to have received an order are saying their ($50-$200) blankets are the size of placemats. Do not order from this site, the company is fraudulent and a complete scam.

On November 17, 2017 I saw an ad on Facebook for a "Large Knit Chunky Blanket" sold by Loosely Store. I followed the link to the Loosely Store website and ordered a blanket totaling $70.20 (that of course posted to my credit card immediately). When I had not received my blanket in one month, I attempted to call the phone number listed on the website, and the number is not in service, disconnected. I attempted to email them several times, and immediately received an automated generic email saying it was in "pre-shipment" phase, from Korea. So, I began to investigate online a bit about this company, (clearly should have done that BEFORE I ordered from them) and just about every review is negative. Either customers are not receiving their orders at all like myself, or the few that do get something are receiving a blanket the size of a pillowcase that looks like a monkey knitted it. Please stop this company from robbing people.

I ordered 5 blankets ($254.00) on Nov 21st. according to their cancellation policy ( or lack of) I had 24 hour to cancel. I sent an email to cancel my order within the 24hrs. I have yet to receive a response or receive the products ordered….although my card was charged immediately. I have placed a dispute with my credit card company.

Based on the comments on their Facebook site there are many possibly thousands being scammed..

I actually tried to alert folks but my comments are removed. This is a huge scam– that requires the company and their continued advertising to be shutdown.

There is also a possible issue with these scammers having credit card info– for further scamming.

I purchased two blankets on Nov.14 so that I would have them in time for Christmas. By Dec 10th, I still hadn’t received them so I tried calling but the phone number just kep disconnecting me. I then emailed and got a response 5 days later telling me my blankets are on the way. They supplied me with tracking numbers and a website to check the status. This seemed legit so it made me feel better. Once I put the tracking numbers into the system, they said it was not found. Once I contacted the company again telling them this, they simply said it will e delivered. It is now dec 20th and I still don’t have the blankets!

This store ran a sponsored ad on Facebook after Thanksgiving for a chunky knit blanket. The ad included a link to the store website.

The ad and the store website are ver well presented, as was the ad for the blanket. The blanket appeared in the photos as being very well constructed, comfortable, warm, "cozy" feel. The photo showing the blanket featured the large yarn woven in the "arm knitted" currently trending fashion. I ordered 4 medium blankets, the store indicated were the size of a twin mattress. They were priced 59.00 each with free shipping if I ordered 80.00 or more. I also used a 20 percent promo code offered.

Once ordered, I had to email the store in order to receive an order number. This took 3 days to receive a response email. With the order number, I could check the order status from the website myself. I checked the status a week after the order. The response was "order received". The next week, the status was "in process". I then emailed them with my order number to inquire when the blankets would be shipping. Their response 5 days later was "12-15 days". I allowed for the time plus 2 addl days, then emailed for a tracking number. I emailed 6 times for the tracking number, but got no response.

By now I was quite concerned that the blankets wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I went to the stores Facebook page and started seeing more and more negative comments about customers having communication problems. It also appeared the store was deleting comments they didn’t like, that I had seen previous. Very few customers were stating they had received their blankets, the one or two that did indicated what they received were the size of "a 3 ring binder notebook" and another tweeted a picture that showed the queen size blanket she received was the size of a baby receiving blanket. The store is commenting on their Facebook wall that they are "very busy" , "hiring more customer inquiry workers", and for the distraught customer to contact them via [email protected] or Facebook instant messenger (which was blocked for me as I posted a complaint).

All of the customers indicated the lost the money paid for the blankets, and that now they had to scramble to purchase replacement gifts for their loved ones. So do I. The responses from the store to the irate postings are the same canned responses for each, furthermore, they continue to post the blanket for sale, the good blanket, in the pretty ad. Even with the comments. This further aggravates the customers.

After I finally received my tracking number, as of today a shipping label from China has been issued for my blankets, which they describe on the shipping description as "small packets". So, I am aware that IF I do receive my order, it will be the inferior product the others have posted about.

I placed an order with this company on November 22. I received order confirmation right away, and contacted them twice before I received a tracking number from them on December 7. The tracking number did not show and activity until December 15 and since December 15 the order has been in China. The company doesn’t respond to email and there are multiple reports of this company scamming people. My mom also placed an order wth this company on November 22 and hasn’t received any tracking information.

Tried instant messaging on Facebook and have been ignored, despite the fact that they continue to post ads on their page all day. Delete all comments on posts from myself and many others who are inquiring about their orders.

Obviously fraudulent. Buyer beware. I will be seeking further legal action this week.

I ordered items from looselystore.com after seeing adds for a few weeks on Instagram and reading great reviews. It has been over 18 days, and no tracking information has been provided. The payment made shows it was paid to Elizeta, not Loosely Store. When calling customer service to inquire about tracking, the representative did not give any information except that shipments were behind due to the holidays. She said the company is in Spain, but the phone number is from a New York area code. Email responses are generic and confirmation emails look similar to other trustable websites. The site shows McAfee Secure, Norton Secured and Thawte secure at the top of the website. It looks as though it is credible on Facebook as well and had me totally fooled. I am still waiting for the items purchased. My card was charged but no items yet.
