This is the 2nd time something like this has happened. I get a text message saying "I want to know if your company is available for exterior painting services, kindly get back to me." I try to give everyone can case when someone text me to paint their house. With smartphones these days, sometimes testing is how some people prefer to get in contact with me. When I asked what there address of their house was they told me an address that I have already painted 2 years ago and the house was also for sale. I contacted the owner of the house and they told me no one had put in an offer on their home.
