This company offers you a trial offer to pay shipping and handling of $4.97 for their skin cream. They tout all of the wonderful results of using their project. In what must be very small print (I did not even see it) if you don’t call to cancel within 14 days they will bill you the full price of the product $89.92 and then they send it to you monthly and charge you monthly $89.92 and you have no way of cancelling. There is no purchase order, return address or any way of cancelling if you didn’t cancel the original order after 14 days. I found 5 additional charges on my bank account in the amounts of $89.92 and $94.91. When I finally found a phone number I was told it was all my fault for not calling to cancel. They would not let me return the unopened boxes or issue me a refund for any amount. This is a total scam and I hope something can be done to stop them.

The Lucienne Skin Face Cream are advertising a $5 offer and “risk free” offer. But it is neither. This is a cheating scam where when you read the fine-print it is neither. Why can they promote something and then not give all the info up front when people go to purchase. No only does the $5 turn into $100 after 14 days, but you are put on their mialing list and charged $100 every month. Until you realize that you signed up for that. When I see a $5 deal or risk-free, I don’t think I am signing up for anything. They are duping people. Yes you agree to "Terms and Services" but that is not mentioned in the advertising so you think $5, done. When the first box arrived, there was nothing on the box that told me what was inside. When I opened it I saw a jar of cream. There was no receipt, no invoice, no information. I half recalled even purchasing something. I figured ok -$5. Then the next month I got another box again with no info, I opened it and again just a jar of cream, no other info. It wasn’t until I checked my statement that I saw I had been charged almost $100 for each. And by the time I reazlied this, they had already sent me another charge and charged me another almost $100. I called my bank to dispute (at first not even knowing what the charge was for) and the bank got me the phone number. Again, there was no paper in the box so I had no reference. They said that since my third box was not yet opened, I could return it but the others since they were opened, I could not. Not cool.

I did not see anywhere that I would be charged this amount. I would never have signed up for this if I had seen that it was some type of membership. They do not answer their phone, they have not responded to my email to cancel the account. I see online info about them and facebook posts noting that numerous people have been scammed.

Call Customer Service at 855-208-3259 for your RMA number. RMA numbers are good for 30 days." company will not answer phone and have billed my credit card

Immediately after ordering the free trial face creams on November 12, I read on the internet that this company was a scam. I immediately tried to cancel my order. I emailed customer service to cancel. The next day I received an email saying I had to phone customer service to cancel. I called on November 13, and was offered 35, 50 and finally 75% off if I would not cancel. I insisted so the woman told me it was canceled, and there would be no more charges. On November 15, I received an email saying my order had shipped. I called customer service again, and was told the charges were non-refundable. I told him that it was illegal and faudulent to do this. I hung up saying I would report them to my credit card company. He called me back and said he would credit my account, but I would be "blacklisted"on the internet. So he threatened me! I did receive the credit finally, but want to report this company. I read that the next thing they do is automatlcally send products and charge your card without your permission. Please investigate them!!! Thank you so very much for your help.

Their website offers a free trial of face cream. Nowhere in all the information does it tell you that you will be billed almost $90 for the product. They state that it is free and that you only have to pay shipping and handling. Within 2 weeks your credit card will be billed the $90 unless you call them. They do NOT state anywhere that they will be doing this. Maybe after you enter your credit card information it says something, but once you do that, most people click off the website and read no further. It needs to be clearly stated when they offer this trial that they will be billing you an obscene amount of money for the original product sent to you. You will have a very hard time getting your money back if you order this product. If you do order, make SURE you call and cancel within a couple days or you will be billed for it.
