Type of a scam Employment

I had been contacted through text about a job working from home for a company called Lux Medical, I had been requested to hold interview online and although I thought I would be meeting face to face it turned out to be an Interview through instant messaging via Google Hangouts. I had my suspicion but at $45/hr I had to learn more. Instead of me explaining the whole conversation and how it ended with me contacting Human Resources Dept through the official Lux Medical Website to ensure the validity of the offer I am posting the whole conversation below. I will be removing my personnel information for obvious reasons. Like to note that I have not received word back through my attempt to confirm the offer with the HR dept, but after bringing to attention that I had made such attempt Mrs. Hannah Ward has disappeared from the conversation.

6. b- I have many computer skills; I can type fast, I can do research utilizing vast amounts of online depositories, I know a little about web designs, network security, business virtual private networking, I know a little programming in C++, and IDE programming in Simple IDE and Arduino, I hobby with chip design in Verilog, and I can fix and repair down to the circuits, I am fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as google docs and pretty much any word processing applications out there. I have used many other software too vast to list but the case always remains that I am quick to figure them out. I recently helped integrate software at a college for scheduling between campuses where I had been the lead in pushing the new software out for use. I am fluent in Microsoft windows all the way back to windows 95 to windows 10, as well as familiar with Linux and android
