Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a LuxeBear on January 29th,2020 for a valentine’s day gift for my spouse which did not arrive or did i ever recieve a status update of any sort on the order i purchased. As fear of 02/14/2020 approaching closer and closer i then emailed the provided email if you have a questions or concerns. I emailed this company about 4 times not once receiving a response about my order. My payment was taken on Jan 29th 2020. I need a refund seeing as i ended up going out and buying flowers due to this businesses lack in a response. I would like money back and i want to make sure this scam gets brought to the light so no one else gets taken advantage of by this social media offer on instagram.
