I ordered a product off the company website, I did not get what I thought I ordered, I got something totally different. I immediately called and asked to return the item. I got a run around and they told me I could return it after 30 days with out paying a fee. They stood behind the product and for me to try it. If I returned it before that, they would charge me. Before my 30 days were up, they went ahead and billed me anyway. I tried to get them to reverse the charge and refund me and all I got was another run around. They said now that since I opened it, it was not returnable. How do you try a product if you can’t open it?
I stopped the charge through my bank.
