I ordered a Reborn Baby Grinch and the company sent me a creepy looking stuffed animal with a printed face, and are stating their sorry their product doesn’t meet my expectations. It’s not the item I ordered, nor would I ever have ordered.They aren’t trying to send me the right item, they keep saying they will give me a discount on a next purchase.
