When they answered the phone they answered the phone K Swiss and I asked for them to check on an order being shipped. The woman said that she would transfer me but first for *** I could get a gift card to use for my next purchase on K-Swiss. Once she transfer me to what was supposed to be the supervisor or a representative of K-Swiss who could look up my order the gentleman simply wanted to confirm my credit card number. When I asked him what the name of his company was he would not answer he simply said I dialed the right number. I asked him repeatedly maybe 10 times was he with the K Swiss company and all he could tell me was I called the right number. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not transfer me to anyone who knew about my order. When I asked him to cancel my *** purchase for the gift card he said he could not do that. So I simply went to my bank and got a new debit card so that they could not use my card. He also told me when I said that he was a scam, his reply was you gave your card number to me willingly. That is not indicative with someone who is in customer service especially for a company like K-Swiss.

Bought a pair of K Swiss tennis shoes and they were defective and fell apart. Called 888-579-7786 to complain and they gave us the number of 800-373-3411 to follow up. This number was an insurance company and not K Swiss. They said they were going to send us a check for $200 to buy shoes and also replace the pair that was defective. They wanted a credit card number and wanted to charge $4.95 for shipping charges. They wanted my name, address, phone number and date of birth to verify who I was. I called the credit card company and told them what happened and they are cancelling the charge.
