Thrive seemed like a great product, and I had zero issues the first couple months. They offer ZERO phone support, though— and their company is run pyramid scheme style.
I placed a usual order for the Thrive product, but not only did I never receive it even though the company claims there is tracking info, etc, THEY placed an order the following day from my account for a different, but equally high, dollar amount. They said the only way I can receive a refund is to ship back the items I did NOT receive!!! Oh, at cost to me AND with their “restocking fee” IF they accept the return. How does someone return something they do not have in the first place?! They were not even willing to look into the issue, gave me false information regarding details of activity on my account with them, yet turned around and told me it was MY FAULT because CLEARLY they cannot even access my account for orders so the only person who could place one was me…. hmmm.. again, they could access everything, but there’s “no way a fraudulent order could’ve been placed” yeah right. I wonder how many others they’ve screwed over by falsifying internet activity. This company and product is a HUGE scam, and I hope more people speak up, as this company is certainly headed towards a class action lawsuit. Thank you.
