I went in for a consult at Lifestream on March 1st, 2018 and was interested in their weightloss program. I was told by Dr Johnny Dibasli the amount to pay up from for 1 years support and my initial weight loss goal of 100 lbs. The program consisted of doses of HCG every other month with weekly weigh-ins and an injection of B12. On June 28th I drove to the office for my normal Thursday appointment to request my HCG for July (starting July 1) and to get my usual weigh-in and B12 to find a sign on the door that the office was closed. I rode by the following day and in to the next week and found that the office had not reopened. When calling the number the recording stated that the office was closed but to leave a message and someone would return my call. That never happened. I happened to be friends with the doctor on Facebook and inquired about rescheduling my appointment. It was then that he told me the money I paid was for only 4 months support and that my weight loss program with them had ended and that the Savannah office would be closing. Not only did I loose out the remainder of my weight loss program with them but also paid a discounted rate for my spouse to receive the same support. I would have never agreed to pay that amount $950.00 up front for only 4 months weight loss support. In addition I had made monthly payments towards the balance. Coincidentally the Facebook page for Lifestream Savannah is down and I no longer have contact with the doctor through Facebook at this time either. The day that I agreed to join the program, the person that made payment arrangements happened to be out of the office and I was told that when I came in the following day with my spouse that I would be given the payment arrangement for the balance due as well as them collect the deposit of 1/2 up front for the years support. I don’t recall getting a copy of the document for the "contract" agreed upon but do hold the receipts for the deposits. Dr. Johnny in no way offered to call and discuss this in depth or work out an arrangement to continue support with additional payment in advance.
