David called from Live tech. I asked him to spell the name of the company. The phone number is disconnected. He said I purchased a "security" product from them in February with Microsoft (I have a Mac). He needed remote access to my computer to take off the "product" and give me a $249.00 refund. He said his company is in a dispute with Microsoft and has been stopped from selling this product and are required to give a refund. I told him I had just been scammed and I didn’t want anyone to have access to my computer and that Mac doesn’t have security or virus issues. He put me on hold to "speak" to his team and then hung up.
