A legal firm has contacted me twice within two weeks to notify me of wage garnishment due to a collection from a checking account that was over drawn. I’ve never opened an account with said bank and when I call their Charge off dept, there’s no record.
This law firm has also threatened me with being served papers for the overdraft on checking account.
