Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Received a phone call on my cell phone Saturday, January 9, 2016, around 2pm. No Caller ID. Said they were in the area to bring me my prize of cashier check $2.5 million; $250,000 cash and I won a vehicle and other things as well. Was with Publishing Clearing House, not Main one, but local. Because I paid my bills, and shopped at WalMart, Dollar General, listed many store names. Wanted to ask if I was an American Citizen, If I was over 65, was I single, divorced, married, or widow. I did answer these questions. He went on to ask if I was affiliated with certain Banks, named many, I said no. He asked what Bank I used, I told him. He wanted to know if I would be home to receive my prizes. I said Yes. He then said he needed some more info., I asked if he could tell me who he was talking to? What my name was? He put me on hold for a few minutes, came back. Wanted to go on. I asked again, he put me on hold again. Came back and said Patricia. I said no. He said he was transferring me to another person in customer service. They came on to give me a number to call to confirm. 1-866-996-5997 and give confirmation #358420. Wanted me to stay on cell phone, call from home phone, but not to hang up with them. I said no. They could call me back or I could call them back. They gave me 936-666-5285. Mr. Peterson. Said they were in Huntsville, TX, only 30 minutes from me. Wanted to know if I was in Conroe. I said no. I did not call the 1-866 number nor the other number. But got online and see that I need to file a scam claim because this isn’t real. They have called me back twice on my cell, but I declined and then didn’t answer the next one. Thank you for your time.
