I ordered a blanket from "Loosely". on December 19th, and received an update on December 28th that it was on its way. The. website stated it would take 10 – 14 days to arrive. On January 19th I contacted the company wondering where it was – and they couldn’t provide proper tracking information and simply said it was on its way. I finally received it on February 17th (8 WEEKS LATER) to find it was the wrong size and poor quality.
I asked for a return label to send it back because of the delay, the quality and the wrong size of the product – all the company’s fault. Customer service stated that the shipping cost was mine to pay. So, after waiting 6+ weeks longer then promised, I now need to ship this back to CHINA, which will cost me over $200 to do because of the size and weight.
ADDITIONALLY, THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOT VERIFIED WHEN THEY. CLAIM TO BE! THERE IS NO COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH THE REVIEW VERIFICATION PROCESS. THERE IS NO COMPANY CALLED "Trust Reviews®".
