I ordered a sample of their product for the cost of postage. In fine print it said if I did not cancel within 14 days of order they would sign me up to receive their product every month. I never was told the full price of the product and it was not on the website. It turned out to be almost $200 per month. By the time I realized what was happening they had already charged my credit card over $400. I called them and told them I did not want the product and would return it unopened, but they said they did not take returns because they only had a PO box. I became angry but they still refused to give me my money back. That was in February. Again, In March, they sent me more product and charged my CC almost $200. I called they again today and spoke to Ann, if that is her real name, and told them I cancelled in February and she said they had no record of my call and because I did not have a cancellation number then I would have to pay again. I got really angry and she said she would be putting me on hold until I calmed down. I was put on hold and hung up. I do not have this kind of money and don’t want the product. It does not work. They also advertise that it is endorsed by Cindy Crawford and Dr. Oz but it is not. There are all kinds of complaints on the internet for the same thing as I have gone through. Please advise me what to do.

Click and Bait on Facebook claiming you only pay shipping and handling for a no risk trial of skin care. Then they charge your card and send you more. No where when ordering does it say they are going to do so. When you call to cancel they charge you a cancelization fee as well. So even if they don’t get to charge your card the $89 after the supposed trial they end up getting you to pay them in order for them not to charge you. This is so unethical and should be stopped.
