Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
My husband received an e-mail to apply to be a secret shopper and he thought that it was real. He gave them his address and resume and they sent him a check for $2,429 with directions that looked like they were typed on a typewriter even the top of the paper says untitled it looks horrible. The company doesn’t exist, I have looked it up.The people running the scam have gmail accounts, not very professional. They tell you if you deposit the fake check and send them the western union from your account within 24 hours you will get a bonus that’s because it’s fake and it could take a week for the bank to catch on. This is a scam!
