This is the e-mail I just sent to them: "I just spoke to your customer service rep concerning these 2 order numbers. I was charged 1.99 for you guys NOT to send me any more merchandise. I was told I could NOT return what I have because I actually opened and tried the product like I was supposed to do. I was told I WILL NOT get any refund on the 90.00 that was charged to my card on top of the 10.00 I paid for shipping.
On top of all of this, the person I spoke to was extremely rude, and hung up on me mid-sentence. (Listen to the recorded conversation). I will go on the internet and let everyone know what happens when they "try" your product. That’s fine, I can afford to lose 100.00. Can you afford to lose the customers that will read my reviews??"
