James Garrett of U.S. Vacation Destinations contacted me regarding the sale of a Timeshare in Sedona, AZ. I signed 2 warranty deeds, U. S. Vacations drafted my account for a total of $1,890.00 ( this was not authorized) after numerous attempts to get a refund they stopped returning my calls. I filed a complaint with BBB and was informed by communication to the BBB from Josh Pemberton, U S Vacations Destination that they would refund my commission. BBB complaint #34045212. I never received a refund and sent a certified letter to U S Vacations Destination, 6424 E. Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, which was the address that James Garrett used on the warranty deeds. Letter was returned 2-13-16 as non deliverable (address vacant). Do Not post a sale on Diamond Resorts website.
