Received a Post-Card "Notice of Parcel Claim" from "UMC" (United Merchandise Clearinghouse), claiming my mother (90) needed to call (800) 460-0246 and pay a delivery fee of $11.95 ("ONLY with a credit card" and "ONLY by telephone")– for an alleged Parcel of "Jewelry" valued at "$50". The Post-Card looked official (even included a Tracking No.); but internet research revealed it was a scam! The company’s alleged address: PO Box 66749, Falmouth, ME 04105. [I’d be happy to mail you the Post-Card!]
