I was called by United Payment Services for a check that was declined in 2015. I agreed to let them take $75 every two weeks since November. When it was set up it was 13 payments of $75 every two weeks for 13 weeks. So it was set up to come out on paydays. He called today because I had taken the money out of my account so he couldn’t take the automatic payment out. He was mad. He said I needed to make a payment today. I got a voice mail today telling me to call him back to get my payments back on schedule. He said it would go to the courts. I asked multiple times who they are and who I owe. They refuse to tell me.
