Type of a scam Government Grant

I received a call on my cellphone from a man stating he was with the United states federal government in the treasury department. He stated that I was selected to receive a $*** grant from the federal treasury department. He gave me a grant approval # and a call back number to give to the next representative that I spoke to when I call back. I could barely understand this man and Bella Romero which is the gal I spoke when I called back, due to there very thick accents. They did not sound American or Americanized but if I had to categorize I would have to say middle eastern or from India. When I called back Bella Romero asked if I had a "STEAM" card. If not I needed to go to my nearest Walmart, CVS, rite aid, Walgreens or local grocery store or anywhere I can purchase a "STEAM" card for $***. If I can’t purchase a $*** "STEAM" card, then to buy multiple lower increments to add up to $***. Bella Romero stated she would stay on the line with me while I drove to purchase this "STEAM " card or I could call back once I had purchased the card. The call back # is (202) 657-5624. Of course I will not be purchasing a "STEAM" card or calling back.

two different agents talked to me. NAMES ( Randy Brown ext. 247 at above number , and Shawn Jerry ext. 9643. told me i was to receive a grant of $9000.00 for anything I wanted to use it on. All I had to do to register with the Federal Reserve Bank was buy some I-Tunes pre-loaded cards in the amount of $200.00 which was to be refunded once I got the $9000.00.
