I made an order for some UGG boots on December 22nd online using the uonlinemart.com website because it showed a great deal on the boots. I created an account with my email and used a password. I entered my info, name, address, contact info and last payment info. It stated free shipping for order over $100, my total was $110. After I processed my order, the screen showed my order number, along with my mailing address, and the amount I was charged, it also said I would be emailed a confirmation email with same info. But I never got the email, i checked my bank account and it showed the amount for $110 taken out, still no email. Next day, still no email. Only way to contact website was through email, first red flag that I never checked, so I emailed about my confirmation email. Day after that the amount in my account went from $110 to $123.13, which i didn’t authorize. I emailed them many more times, and here is is the 31st of December and i still haven’t received the boots or any info about my order! Pretty upset because now my bank is telling me that I have to basically figure it out with that website!
