This entity contacted me claiming I had exceeded a free trial period for their services. They stated that I needed to provide them with a method of payment for these services. They also stated that they were going to continue charging a monthly fee until the bill was paid.

I tried this service – for ONE day – as part of a free trial. I have a screen grab from when I cancelled it the next day as it was not what I was looking for. My account access was terminated (conveniently) so when I tried to complain that they began and continued to charge my card – I had no recourse. They billed my card for months which I finally terminated through my bank fraud department – and now they are sending me paper invoices claiming past due. They are never available through the phone or email presented.

Usenet.nl has sent us an invoice from a German company saying we owe 110 Euros, but the only description they give is a contract #.
When I call the US customer service #, the machine says all of representatives are busy at this time and then they disconnect you.
When I emailed the customer service email they say I concluded a contract with them agreeing to pay for this and if i think it’s fraudulent i have to go to the police and file a police report.
