They say that they covered everything that I asked at the time of purchase and I saw that they do the work but it’s tricky. They don’t cover what I need to have fix but covers everything else except that.

I will never purchase a Car warranty as long as I live. Their a bunch of scammers and when it’s time for your money they answer and call back quickly but I want to Cancel and still can’t get nobody to even answer other then their Customer service that keeps holding people up for no reason and don’t seem to know anything that you ask. I just want all of my money back because Vanguard warranty did not hold their words on their policies.

I have tried canceling this policy for over a year now. I spoke with the agent and was told I have to call customer service. I never can get a person on the phone. And the third-party Mepco was still withdrawing payments from my account. The customer service at Vanguard said they canceled my account on December 2, 2020, and Mepco continues drawing money from my account.

I was left stuck on the road in the middle of nowhere on a Friday afternoon and the roadside assistance number for 24/7 assistance is not in service and it was in service a year ago back in 2019 but now in 2020 and 2021 it is NOT. I was not in safe place and I am a senior citizen, good thing I carry a gun for protection because i needed it until I was able to get someone to come and hook a chain to their truck bumper to get me home and trying to call claims is nuts I get the voicemail with a greeting from thanksgiving 2020… I am furious as I need my car for medical purposes for my self and my disabled son and disabled and blind elderly husband. i paid well over 2 grand in full within the first few months of my purchase of this policy and now i cant even get through to have my vehicle towed to the dealership for a COVERED repair and I am left hanging with no vehicle and since all my car repair money has been paid out to you people in 2019 just 6 months after paying for my car in full from drivetime here in Georgia. I am sick to my stomach that I cant get through to anyone and the roadside assistance 24/7 is not even in service so I was left stranded in a dangerous location…like I said it is a damned good thing I carry a gun for protection as I seriously needed it… I am so mad right now I could seriously spit nails … this warranty company is turning out to be a fake as far as i am becoming concerned and i am pissed as hell that they got all the money that was supposed to stay in an interest bearing account for future repairs on my Nissan versa note… as of right now 1/30/2021 I am stranded at home with no way of getting in touch with these people and if I don’t get satisfaction soon I will be thinking about filing suit against this company for my car repair money back that I spent for this warranty to cover these things and for the 24/7 roadside assistance…did I mention enough times that roadside assistance is no longer in service and the claims number my warranty company, vanguard vehicle armor the element, is so far impossible to get in touch with… thank you so for leaving me stranded in a dangerous place with no roadside assistance when I needed it the very frigging most.

Horrible company they have no integrity! They tell you that they cover oil changes, breaks, motor, power terrain, electrical. When I went to get my breaks done they said that they cover $100. When I went to get my timing belt replaced my mechanic noticed the water pump seal was leaking (which sits behind the timing belt) which means the water pump is on the way out. So we took initiative after I was told it was covered by vanguard to have it replaced. They denied the claim and now I’m left paying another $400 on top of what I paid for the timing belt. I was paying vanguard $175 a month to take care of crap like this. I canceled and they told me they only reimburse for 60 days after. Don’t use this company they are horrible!

I received a letter telling me that my factory warranty was about to expire on my 2020 vehicle. They wanted me to call them to set up a warranty. Read the comments about the company on the ScamPulse.com site, they are a scam. They offer a vehicle warranty that doesn’t exist. Their official business address is also a box at a UPS store.

Initially I was getting robocalls stating my vehicle warranty has expired. Then I received a legimate looking letter explaining there services. They guaranteed free oil changes, 24 hour towing, 500 dollars towards deductible in case of accident, rental car and at least 50-100 % off on maintenance such as transmission, brakes, electronics etc. They wanted a total of 3,525 dollars for 4 year coverage. Kept saying this was a recorded line. I could not make monthly payments. They requested a credit card for 110 dollar activation fee and would send my bank a receipt and would automatically withdraw 147.55 monthly for 18 months. When I said I need more information about the company and they promised to send something but they requested credit card info. When I asked what would happen if the company folded within 4 years what would happen. Said they have been in business for a long time. I said is this the company that keeps calling me? I said I think this is a scam because why would I give you my CC number. He then laughed and hung up!! The "final notice " letter I got looked real but no address, email or letter head. Just a 1-800 number.

This place is an absolute scam. I called 4 times to try to cancel my coverage with this company, and I kept getting the runaround. I was told I would get a call back and never did. I was told that I would get a full refund if I called to cancel within 30 days. Both of the ladies I spoke to were so rude. Stephanie tried telling me how to manage my money because I didn’t want to pay for their ridiculous coverage. This place is a joke. Stephanie got mad, cut me off, and said “ok I’ll update your file. Bye!” And hung up on me. I called my bank immediately to dispute the charges. Don’t waste your time and money on this scam.

I was advised that I have 30 days to review the contract and I can cancel within the 30 days and I will get my deposit refunded back to me. After comparing what I had on my vehicle, I noticed it was double the price and the exact same thing. So, when I decided to first send an email. I got no response from the email, so I called in and spoke to a Susan Hill, which she would not take that I wanted to cancel this policy, in other words she was saying that I was being stupid to cancel this policy, and if there is any other vehicle I could put this on. I did explain to her that I was told that I could cancel within the 30 days with no QUESTIONS asked OR EVEN BE HASSLED. I agreed to have her call me back the following Monday, she never called me, so I thought she had just decided to cancel this policy. Well, I found out that they have charged my credit card for the first months payment, I called spoke to several different girls, and the last gal Stephanie, was down right RUDE, and basically called me a liar and said why didn’t I call back if Susan did not call me, and why would I want to cancel this policy anyway, she just didn’t understand it, because it is like a NEW VEHICLE POLICY. She would not listen to what I had to say, but decided to make it my FAULT that I got charged the first months premium. (Where does it say it’s ok to insinuate the customer is being stupid) JUST TAKE THE DAMM CANCELLATION.

They called me and lured me in to getting Maintenance insurance of my Honda Odyssey 2012. I paid $155 as initial payment and then monthly payments, with total of over $800. When I got a maintennace issue, then all workshops refused to accept their maintenance warranty. When I called the number 1888-684-1273 and 1855-500-6287 then the lady Dolres Mercado told me that I may cancel the insurance and get refund cheque. It has been 8 months that I am calling them , and different ladies keep telling me that they have sent me refund cheque. But I never got the cheque. Finally I called them and the lady Dolres had to admit that they are scam, and I may do whatever I can to get the money back.
