Type of a scam Phishing

I believe this to be the scam where they get you to say "Yes". They identified themselves as "Veterans Services". First question was is this Ms.?" and then the 2nd was can you hear me? unfortunately, i said yes to both instinctually before remembering the scam. i was so panicked, when i realized this was a scam call that at that point I stopped listening to what he was saying. i wrote down the phone number and then told him he was breaking up and he asked me a couple more times if i could heard him, i said No and he hung up. i called the # back and he answers with the same thing "Veterans Services". At this point i have not lost any money or my identity, but it literally happened 5 minutes ago.

Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

This number keeps calling claiming its with veterans services when it’s not.The company calls daily offering veterans services and I’ve block multiple numbers from them. They are using a robo calling system of sorts. I have asked multiple times to be removed from the calling list and they have not stopped. I’m not a legal expert, but I believe it’s illegal to claim that you are a government agency when you are not.

Repeated phone calls to my cel from above number. When I answered, they needed to update my VA Benefits profile. When I asked what agency they represented, I was told "Veterans Services". When I asked whose veteran’s benefits they were inquiring about, they originally said mine, but then switched to my husband’s name. When I asked them to clarify exactly what they were calling about, the answer was "Veterans Services Benefits." I told them twice to take me off their to-call list prior to blocking them. Now that I have blocked them, I am receiving the following voicemail about twice/day:

"Good afternoon, we’re trying to contact you because your VA profile was flagged for two potential benefits due to changes in the VA program. These are time sensitive entitlements. Please call us back at your earliest convenience. Our toll free number is 866-210-1056."
