I needed to be refunded for a $36 sweater I purchased. I was NOT sent the product I ordered.
I was sent a child’s sized sweater when I ordered a women’s Large. The sweater was pictured and described as adult-sized, I received a child’s sized sweater when I ordered a women’s Large, perhaps akin to a women’s XS or XXS.
There is no return address on the package (from China), and no information about returns or where to ship the item to for a refund. I also could not find this information on their website.
When I wrote to customer service, asking for a return address, they referred me back to the website, which lists no return address either.
They also informed me that, if I return the item, there would be a 15% processing fee. (plus I’d have to pay return shipping fees).
When I explained that I was not shipped the right product/size (clearly), they so far have not budged- if I want to return it, I have to pay both shipping fees AND the 15% processing fee. And I still don’t have a return address to send it to.
Also, I posted a review with this information on their website. It is not showing up there.
