  1. This company advertise buy 2 get one free. Is bull shit. They charge you for it but don’t send the 3 only 2. Then wants you to send all kinds of shit to them to prove you didn’t get all 3. They know damn well what they sent out….. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      1. I got scammed. I don’t think they actually have the products that they advertise. I ordered the DIY PATCHWORK MAKER, received just the SEWING MACHINE PRESSER FOOT. I contacted customer service several times. A different person replies each time from a personal account. Can’t get a straight answer. I was offered a $10 refund if I RETURNED THE ITEM WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. MY bill was just $23.48 but it’s the principle of the thing . I Hate scammers”!!!!!! Azalea should be put out of business.

I got the same thing, I thought I ordered some machine quilting rulers and got machine presser foot. They are not a good one to do business with, so be aware people…

Not only do they advertise about buy 2 get 1 free and then only send you the 2, they also sell complete counterfeit crap! Example, I purchased 2 (of course for the buy 2 get 1 free offer) of the 24 in 1 Key Shaped multipurpose tools… What did I get? Well just 2 of them instead of the 3 I was led to believe I had purchased. But this isn’t even the worst part, the worst part was discovering I had been duped into buying fake counterfeit crap once I realized the smoking bowl on the ones I received was fake as hell, with there being no tunneled out portion down the “key” to a mouthpiece cut out spot where you’d smoke thru!!! Zelch! Nada! Nothing!

    1. This is a scam, they didn’t send any of the templates they only sent the foot. They wouldn’t give a refund said I got what I ordered.

    1. I ordered the templates and the presser foot of which I only received the presser foot. After reading other reviews I feel I have been scammed. So sorry I didn’t read the reviews first. Hope this site is taken down.. Give it a 0.

  2. It shows a kit. Which includes the pressure foot and the template but I kept looking for the whole kit during the order but I think it’s ony the pressure foot. So that made me think about whether or not it’s a scam. I went online and see that Amazon has that same pressure foot. Templates are separate but not as good looking as one in this ad.

      1. That is all they send. The video is a fake. Do not buy from this company or from Zoocare.com (another one of their company names)

  3. I tried to purchase with a credit card. They would not accept it today. 8.2.2021. They wanted me to use a debit card.

  4. Beware! This company operates through deceit and dishonesty. I ordered the patchwork Maker Kit and received a confirmation for the kit, but they changed the order and sent me only the presser foot. They refuse to send the templates. There best offer was to refund $7 out of the $35 I spent. I have been scammed. Don’t order anything from azaleaball.com.

  5. This is my problem as well. Now they are saying that it will cost too much to send it back to them but did not give where to send it, so I could not check to see how much the postage would be. They also say in their return policy: “not satisfied. . . issue a full refund, no questions asked” but they have been trying to get me to give up and take their deal.

I wish I could find a place to put a review, as the company is not honorable.

  6. I purchased what I was led to believe was a presser foot and templets. All I received was the presser foot no templets. This was a very misleading website. They should have to refund your money or make good on your order and send the templets, very dishonest and should have to refund money because of scamming people. I know that will not happen. If you see their add be wary of this company they are not legit.

  7. Ordered on Aug.8 2021. payment cleared the bank the same day. Do you even plan on sending this? If not return money.
getting to the point I am not ordering any thing to do with quilting or crafts. Oh by the way where are these being shipped from? Would be very good if you could say where they are being sent from.
