Mini Educator ET 300 Uses Blunt Pulse Stimulation Not “Sharp” Pulse Like Other Brands E-Collars!
E-Collar Technologies uses clean, smooth medical-grade Blunt (Wide) Pulse technology similar to a TENS machine used on humans by chiropractors and physical therapists. Pavlovian Tone & Other Key Benefits of The Mini Educator E Collar ET 300 Remote Training Collar
Pavlovian Tone is a great feature to get your dog to respond to tone only in a short amount of time. When you hold down on the tone button your dog will hear an audible beep for 1.5 seconds followed by the stimulation level that you set until the button is released giving your dog a clear message to quickly respond to your commands.

My trainer and I used the Mini Educator E collar today for positive training and I have no doubt it will guarantee my pup will pay attention and listen to me. I'm pleased with the wide range of stimulation settings. I'll be ordering a different collar as this one is hard for me to adjust on her small neck. My goal is to ensure my little pup is safe and doesn't run off or run up to an unfriendly dog on the street.

I borrowed the mini educator from a friend, so I knew that it would work for our super reactive dog. However, the customer service has been absolutely awful. There were issues with my credit card on their site, and two orders ended up going through. I asked for a specific one to be cancelled, but they cancelled the wrong one, either have responded to messages several days later or not at all. I wanted to support the company rather than Amazon, but now I wish I had gone through Amazon instead.

I used to have a heavy duty garmin one that I think was too strong for my dog. It only had 10 settings to the jump between level 2 & 3 were too extreme for him.
I keep this mini educator on level 6 (out of 100 levels!) and use it when i need. He listens. He is a way better behaved dog wearing it.

I tried going the cheap route and buying $50 collars from amazon. I tried 2, the first one I didn’t test on myself I just sent it back because it didn’t have continuous vibration. The 2nd one I tested on myself, at a 1 it was ridiculously strong and at a 10 I threw the dang thing. I would never want to use that on my dog. I bit the bullet and bought this one which I had wanted from the get go. I tried it on myself and didn’t even begin to feel anything until a 7. The shock is not an uncomfortable whack like the cheapos, it’s actually not unpleasant at all! This has a very nice collar with a lot of adjustment options. The box isnt too bulky. I love the addition of the nightlight on the collar. Its a versatile tool that if used correctly can be very helpful with training. Don’t be cheap, get this one!!
