I ordered two hover boards on 12/16/2016. On Christmas morning one of the hover boards does not work. I have tried calling the company and when I call it goes to a voice mail system that is full. I have emailed the company 3 separate times and have had little communication. They did ask what is wrong with my hover board so I explained. I have not heard from them ever since. The address they shipped from was a UPS store in California. There is no return address for returning hover boards. I also went to the website and tried communicating through their online messaging. When I did this they also did not respond. They are charging a ton of money for these hover boards, but not responding to a customers complaint about the product. I now have a daughter who is devastated and I am out $429.00.
