Item was in stock. After 4 weeks w/ no updates, I had to ask for status of my order via email. Had to email four times before I received a reply. Then began the game where they kept asking me to send pics of their size chart, my actual measurements, and other avoidance tactics. Finally, they told me if I wanted to ship it all the way back to their warehouse in China, that it would be very expensive, and I would have to pay for the shipping so why not give it to a friend. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Placed order 1/27/2020 (both items were in stock). Immediately received an email that I would be notified when items shipped. Credit card was charged. After 10 days and no email update about delivery, I emailed customer service three times and no response from company. Never received items ordered. I disputed charges with my credit card company. Venuswims website does not provide a phone number or address. The only way to contact them is via email and they don’t respond.
