Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 5 dresses on March 8th, 2018. I waited two weeks before attempting an email contact and waited about a week before contacting via Facebook. They responded asking for my order number which I provided but my message continued to be unread and not resolved. On March 24th, they provided a USPS tracking number but no items were provided. Shortly after receiving a tracking number, their Facebook page VerasEyeCandy was deleted. I have tried to contact via email several times. Their websight says that my order was fulfilled and I have yet to receive items neither has USPS. It is now Friday March 30th, 2018 and still no contact with seller. They do not have a direct number or address. I would like a FULL refund! I have multiple photo proof other than the one below.
