Type of a scam Online Purchase
I saw an ad on Facebook for a hip/glute trainer from Facebook and decided to order one in early March. The first month goes by and I figured that I hadn’t gotten it yet because of the changes that the virus was causing, so I decided to wait a little longer. Come early April, I decided to reach out because, although my item had been shipped, I couldn’t track it. I emailed them April 1st, telling that them that what I ordered, that I ordered it a month ago, and asking about if they could track it or if I could just get a refund. They replied on April 7th and told me about how government precautions due to the virus were causing things to move slower and to contact them again in 14 days if I still had yet to receive my package. I contacted Vidocci 15 days later, stating that I was still without my package and wanted my money back. No response. I emailed them two more times in early May and contacted them through their Facebook messager. I have gotten no response since April 7th.
The link to their website is no longer working and I am unsure it the phone number on their Facebook account even works since I refuse to call it. Please, don’t buy anything from Vidocci. I believe heavily that they are a scam.
