I have been terrorized by constant phone calls by this group. They call over and over and over again.
They claim they are going lower my electric rate. They do not use the name of my electric provider at any time.
I spoke to their caller last year. I refused to say the word "YES" over the phone (to accept a "new lower rate"), he devised a
another tactic " so you are telling me you do not wish to save money" and I said "YES" and he hung up.
He got my YES recorded and they can use it for who knows what.
I have not noticed any changes to my electric or any other bills.
I am now receiving up to 3 calls a day from these people again "Romero" on the line most times.
Very irritating
