I thought I was ordering a birth certificate I paid $49 and then an additional $25 to the state trustee they say to still have no received nothing then when I reach out to there support with my order confirmation number 478871 Eric Diaz replies and says it takes 10-12 weeks which is ridiculous I want my money back they have all my information. I’m beyond pissed. Now I’m going to have to travel back to Jersey just to get a birth certificate. This is terrible and I will find a way to get my money back and get someone to shut there business down.
